Liv Parkes
Founder & CEO

Liv is a seasoned brand strategist and innovative marketer with over 15 years experience working with established brand’s and retailers such as Reiss, House of Fraser, Monica Vinader and Missoma, tackling issues such as customer acquisition, user journeys, conversion rate, and customer loyalty.

Liv can be described as a self confessed shopping addict and customer obsessed brand enthusiast, with a keen interest in tech.

Matt Deakins
CPTO

Matt has over 15 years experience in bridging technology, product and data strategy including development of commercially focused data and insight platforms. Having worked across multiple different startups his deep expertise in building and scaling global SaaS platforms, from strategy and design, to build and launch makes him the right person to take Persi's first product to market and beyond.

Matt is a builder and tech enthusiast at his heart.

Persi’s Story

The Problem

Our founder Liv, a self confessed shopaholic, spent many an evening trawling through her favourite retailer websites, trying to find pieces that matched both her style and also complemented what she already had in her wardrobe…

The Idea

It was then that she realised the limitations of personalisation within online shopping, that goes beyond what a customer has previously bought with an individual retailer.

In short, personalisation was not actually personal!

This coupled with retailers challenges surrounding low conversion, and high returns pointed to a clear opportunity.

The Journey

Liv set about exploring building a solution for both retailers, and ultimately their customers, that simply made online shopping more personal, more convenient and more fun by servicing an individual’s needs and style.

Her path crossed with Matt, a product & tech guy who captured Liv's head and her heart around Persi and turned it into a real life product, and the rest they say is history!
